Ceri Giordmaina

Solicitor, Real Estate Disputes

Ceri is a solicitor in the Real Estate Disputes department. She qualified in February 2023 after completing her law degree at Royal Holloway University and her master’s degree at The University of Law.

Ceri advises individuals, developers and property companies in a variety of disputes in relation to commercial and residential land and property, including possession and forfeiture proceedings, service charge disputes, recovery of rent, contested and uncontested business lease renewals, dilapidation claims, neighbour and boundary disputes, breach of covenant disputes, and claims arising in connection with leasehold enfranchisement.

Away from the office, Ceri enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and travelling to new places.
