Portner is pleased to have been re-certified as a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).

The Conveyancing Quality Scheme is the recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Accreditation shows that the firm has the expertise to deliver quality residential conveyancing advice. It also demonstrates that we use standardised processes to manage and reduce risks and educate clients about what to expect when paying for conveyancing advice.

CQS certification also confirms that the firm can provide residential conveyancing advice at the level expected by clients, lenders and the wider residential conveyancing community.

Partner Daniel Broughton says: “I am delighted that the firm has again met the CQS’s stringent standards and established that we have the necessary expertise and processes to attain CQS accreditation. It shows that we remain committed to providing the best possible conveyancing service to both clients and lenders.”
