Karen has a master’s degree in Advanced Litigation and is a qualified mediator. She has more than 20 years’ experience in all types of litigation, with success in a number of reported cases.
Matthew, who qualified as a solicitor in 1995, specialises in residential property. He offers a friendly, approachable and professional service. Most of his new clients come from recommendations from existing clients, many of who have been instructing him for several years.
Peter has more than 25 years’ experience in commercial conveyancing and commercial landlord and tenant matters. He has represented major national retailers, local and national property developers and property speculators. Peter also brings expertise in residential conveyancing, buying and selling unincorporated businesses and the sale and purchase of limited companies.
The merger with KPM Solicitors follows the appointment of Robert Gould to head up our Corporate Commercial department earlier this year as we continue to expand our offering to clients.
In what has been a tumultuous year, the merger with KPM brings some positivity as we head towards the end of 2020, and shows that the firm continues to go from strength to strength.
Karen, Matthew and Peter will be joining us at our offices at 5-7 Mandeville Place, London W1U 3AY and can be contacted on 0207 616 5300 and at the following email addresses:
